Factory Manager - Jewellery Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced factory manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day jewellery production (casting, setting, polishing, finishing).
• Ensure quality standards, minimize wastage, and optimize resource use.
• Lead and supervise factory staff, providing training and maintaining discipline.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and procurement teams to meet demand and deadlines.
• Maintain production records, reports, and compliance with safety & legal standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in jewellery manufacturing, 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery production processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Integrity in handling precious materials.
