Emco Electrodyne Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Factory Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Oversee all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality, and safety.
Develop and implement production plans to meet demand and quality standards.
Manage factory staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Monitor and control factory budgets, expenses, and resources.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address operational issues.
Analyze production data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Should have good managerial skills for smooth execution of repairs manufacturing of rotating machines.

Qualification Required : Relevent degree in Electrical Engg./Mechanical Engg.
