Job Description

The role of a Factory Administrator (Operations & Maintenance) / Facility Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations, maintenance, and overall facility management of our factory. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a technical background with hands-on experience in infrastructure upkeep, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and workforce administration. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance, managing staff accommodation, coordinating with vendors, monitoring employee attendance, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations and facility management of the factory, ensuring safety, orderliness, and compliance. This includes managing housekeeping, sanitation, maintenance, uniform policies, and staff accommodation. Additionally, you will coordinate civil work, infrastructure maintenance, and expansion projects. Maintenance and equipment handling are vital aspects of the role, where you will be required to perform maintenance of Diesel Generators (DG), oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of factory equipment, and manage the renewal of AMC for heavy machinery. Vendor and procurement coordination will also be part of your responsibilities, involving coordination with vendors for maintenance and supply procurement. Employee and administrative management tasks include monitoring worker attendance, distributing salaries, maintaining overtime records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records, assisting in preparing lease agreements, and arranging food and transport for visitors and partners. The qualifications and experience required for this role include a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory), 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and safety compliance, proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Candidates from Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, or nearby areas will be given preference for this position.,
