We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Factor/Plant HR professional in a full-time on-site capacity at our Madhyamgram facility. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in overseeing various HR functions, including policy development, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. Key responsibilities involve managing daily HR operations, facilitating recruitment processes, fostering positive employee relations, implementing performance management strategies, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management, coupled with hands-on experience in crafting and implementing HR policies. Proficiency in overseeing employee benefits, conducting daily HR activities, and ensuring compliance with labor laws is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with employees at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being advantageous.,
