Factor/Plant HR

You will be working as a Factor/Plant HR at the Madhyamgram location of The Purbasha Group, a company with a legacy of over 40 years in food and beverage manufacturing. Your role will involve managing HR activities, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. You will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
