Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage facility operations, including HVAC systems (chillers), boilers, cooling towers, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventative maintenance, and utility operation.
Oversee plant operations to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities within the hospital premises.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacement as needed.
Supervise junior staff members to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
