We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Executive to join our growing team and support our workforce management. Roles & Responsibilities Attendance & Leave Management Monitor daily attendance of employees and workers. Manage leave applications, approvals, and records. Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll. Employee & Labour Relations Handle grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively. Act as a bridge between management and workers to maintain a positive work environment. Ensure discipline and compliance with company policies. Statutory Compliance Manage PF, ESIC registration, and related documentation . Ensure timely filing and compliance with labor laws. Liaise with government bodies and auditors when required. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update employee records in HR software. Support recruitment activities, including screening and coordination. Assist in onboarding, induction, and training programs. Prepare HR-related MIS reports for management. Key Skills & Competencies Proficiency in HR management software . Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reports). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
