Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all facility-related operations in the corporate office and project sites, ensuring optimal working conditions. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance, renovations, and regular upkeep services. Oversee office interior design projects and implement workplace improvements to enhance functionality and aesthetics. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating the production and installation of promotional materials, including flex boards, banners, and site branding. Manage inventory of office supplies, marketing materials, and facility maintenance equipment. Coordinate with various departments to fulfill their facility-related requirements and ensure timely execution. Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Handle emergency facility issues and implement preventive maintenance programs. Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and site visits by managing logistics and setup requirements. Maintain updated documentation of facility-related expenses, contracts, and maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate or corporate sector. Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and office operations. Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
