Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including housekeeping, security, maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Oversee budgeting and expenditure for facility management services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various projects related to facilities management.
  • Monitor inventory levels of consumables and equipment to optimize stock levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in Facilities Management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing fixtures, carpet cleaning machines etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
