Job Title: Facility Manager
Salary: ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and civil operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a background in hotel facility management and be capable of handling all aspects of property upkeep, infrastructure repairs, and external coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Supervision:
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, and other technical maintenance across the property.
• Civil Works:

Monitor ongoing civil-related activities including repair, renovation, structural upkeep, and liaise with contractors when needed.

• Preventive Maintenance:

Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.Coordinate with external service providers for AMC, pest control, waste disposal, and other outsourced services.Ensure compliance with fire safety, health regulations, and building codes. Maintain all required certifications.Track maintenance budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness in repairs and sourcing materials.Lead a team of technicians, housekeeping maintenance assistants, and other facility staff.Keep records of all facility-related assets and ensure their optimal utilization and servicing.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, specifically in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel engineering systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in managing maintenance teams and external vendors.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and facility management software (if any).
• Knowledge of energy-saving practices and sustainable operations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
