Facility Management Engineer

• Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the hospital’s infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition
• Carrying out minor and major repair works and coordinate large repair projects
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
• Installing and maintaining hospital equipment and systems
• Working closely with the hospital administration to prioritize maintenance and repair work
• Monitoring and managing plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems to ensure they operate efficiently
• Manage daily operations of physical plant and engineering services
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of all hospital machinery and systems
• Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to within the facility
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage the installation and operation of HVAC systems
• Work closely with hospital administration to plan and implement facility improvements and expansions
• Develop and maintain documentation of all testing and inspections

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,241.55 - ₹35,034.76 per month
