Role & responsibilities L1 Support Network Monitoring Incident Management Escalation Handling Customer Communication Ticketing & SLA Management Business Coordination Preferred candidate profile Must have valid CCNA certification . Strong understanding of basic networking concepts , IP addressing, WAN technologies. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (NMS, SD-WAN dashboards). Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint capable of creating customer reports, pivot analysis, and outage tracking. Good communication skills in English and Hindi , able to interface with customers and backend teams effectively. Should be a self-starter , able to work under pressure in customer premises with minimal supervision.
