Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Maintenance

Supervise day-to-day operations of all technical systems (electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, plumbing, fire-fighting, etc.).
Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
Monitor performance and energy efficiency of equipment and systems.
Maintain logs and documentation for all technical assets.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

Coordinate with service providers and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Verify work completion and ensure quality as per agreed SLAs.
Review vendor performance and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all technical systems comply with statutory, safety, and environmental standards.
Conduct periodic safety and operational audits.
Maintain records of licenses, AMCs, and compliance certifications.

4. Budgeting & Reporting

Support the Facility Manager in preparing maintenance budgets.
Track expenses and ensure cost control measures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and maintenance activities.

5. Stakeholder Management

Act as a point of contact for technical issues within the facility.
Support internal teams and tenants for technical-related requirements.
Ensure minimal downtime and prompt response to service requests
