Position: Facility Executive - Technical
Nature of site: Leading Bank ( Corporate Office)
Job Location: Goregaon East
No of days working: 6 (Mon - Sat )
This position will be on payroll of Colliers.
Manage facility operations, including HVAC systems, DG sets, BMS system, HT panels, LT panels, electrical equipment, and fire alarm systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as preventive and breakdown maintenance of all facilities-related equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for electrical installations.Coordinate with vendors for timely resolution of technical issues related to facility management services.Maintain accurate records of work performed on each asset within the facility.
