Responsibilities:

A Facility Executive, Soft Services oversees non-technical building operations, managing staff and external vendors for services like housekeeping, security, pest control, and waste management to ensure a safe, functional, and hygienic environment for occupants.

Key responsibilities include developing cleaning and waste management strategies, supervising staff, managing budgets, liaising with vendors, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining health and safety.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
