Role Overview: As a Facilities Executive at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. Your role will involve managing facility supplies, monitoring the budget, participating in emergency procedures, and maintaining health and safety standards. Additionally, you will focus on client satisfaction, driving improvements in operations, and conducting service audits to meet performance metrics and service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize the facilities needs and oversee day-to-day operations - Manage supply and service contracts, ensure adequate stocks, and handle vendor invoice processes - Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management - Monitor the property's budget and maintain petty cash for operations - Conduct routine service audits and create stock reports and management reports - Drive improvements in operations, seek opportunities for enhancement, and maintain client satisfaction - Ensure team compliance with performance metrics and service level agreements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Strong knowledge of occupational safety and client-centric operations - Proficiency in team management, communication, and reporting - Ability to effectively implement improvement plans and lead a team Additional Details: JLL is a leading global commercial real estate and investment management company, committed to shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
