Facility Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facility Executive to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management and will ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage routine maintenance and repairs of the office building and related infrastructure.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for timely delivery of services like cleaning, security, HVAC maintenance, and landscaping.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage office space allocation and seating arrangements.
• Maintain records related to facility operations, expenses, and maintenance schedules.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility-related expenditures.
• Support the planning and execution of office moves, refurbishments, and upgrades.
• Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve facility-related problems.
• Ensure inventory management of office supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in facility management or related roles.
• Good knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
