Facilities Sr Analyst

Role Overview: As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Analyst, your role will involve handling advanced facilities work in regulated spaces. You will be a part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on the operations of a set of assets and providing support to Property Managers for repairs and investment plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage painting and patchwork projects. - Perform major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows. - Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items. - Act as the point of contact for all front-line clients" requests. - Coordinate with trades personnel for maintenance tasks, both corrective and preventative. - Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems. - Demonstrate a broad knowledge of your job discipline and some knowledge of other job disciplines within the function. - Lead by example, model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and impact the quality of your work and that of your team. - Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. - Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. - Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. - Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience and apply appropriate judgment and precedent. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills coupled with an inquisitive mindset. - Advanced math skills including the ability to calculate complicated figures like percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
