Job Description

Role Overview: As the Facilities Mgmt Group Manager, you will be accountable for the management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. You will lead and direct a team of professionals, requiring a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact to achieve the objectives. Your in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions and commercial awareness will be essential. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions. Excellent communication skills are necessary for negotiating internally, often at a senior level, with some external communication as required. You will have control over resources, policy formulation, and planning, primarily affecting a sub-function. Your role will involve short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for your area, with full management responsibility for a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget, planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, and budget approval. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRS) and the business to develop and execute the strategy and detailed implementation plans for the Cards - Manage a team in space planning, onboarding, and set up of new businesses and individuals - Prepare and present executive level updates on facilities developments, projects, and future plans regularly - Develop site strategy, work with CRS partners to prepare plans, gain approval, and execute development and redesign work for key sites - Collaborate with CRS, building management, site leadership, and the business to implement technology upgrades such as Wi-Fi and video conferencing capabilities - Work closely with the CWS (Citi Work Strategies) team to ensure ample hoteling space across sites - Develop growth plans and investment strategy for the Cards business efficiently resulting in overall cost savings; Manage overall site budget - Participate actively in site leadership boards - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience Education: - Bachelor's degree, potentially Master's degree Please note that this job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
