Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Alwarpet Chennai

Location: Multi-complex office space center

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage agreements with clients, including renewals and rent increases

- Ensure timely renewal of Fire License and Corporation License

- Oversee maintenance of facilities, including lift maintenance

- Lead and supervise a team of:

- Housekeeping staff

- Electrical maintenance staff

- Security personnel

Requirements:

- Experience in facilities management, preferably in a multi-complex office setting

- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and license renewals

Ideal Candidate:

- Proactive and detail-oriented facilities manager with excellent leadership skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
