Facilities Incharge

Role Overview: As a Facilities Incharge at our company, your primary responsibility will be to provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support. You will be in charge of maintaining various registers, office equipment, and overseeing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Additionally, you will be required to monitor and manage travel/accommodation arrangements for employees, track attendance and leave management, and handle office inventory such as stationary, groceries, and snacks. Managing external vendors like maid services, tea vendors, and water supply will also be part of your duties. You will also be responsible for performing office clerical tasks such as visiting banks for official purposes.
