Job Description

Role Overview: As the Integrated Facilities Management in Corporate Solutions, you will be responsible for prioritizing the facilities needs and overseeing the property's day-to-day operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered while striving for continuous improvement in the process. You will also manage the property's supplies, maintain adequate stocks and materials, and handle supply and service contracts approved by clients. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mitigating risks through emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, business continuity plans, and monitoring health and safety issues. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize facilities needs and oversee day-to-day operations - Ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered - Manage property supplies and maintain adequate stocks and materials - Handle supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans - Monitor health and safety issues and actively participate in reviewing them - Manage the property's budget and ensure compliance with standards in vendor invoice processes - Seek out opportunities to improve operations and achieve key performance metrics - Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall performance - Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients Qualifications Required: - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Strong knowledge in occupational safety - Aptitude in client-centric operations - Proven track record in team management - Effective in rolling out improvement plans - Superior communications and reporting skills Additional Details: Client satisfaction is a priority in this role, and you will be expected to go above and beyond to ensure operational excellence and meet service level agreements.
