Our real estate company is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and preferences
• Provide information about properties and their features, prices, and related matters
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
