Facilities and Maintenance Executive

Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance Executive Job Summary: The Facilities and Maintenance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations, ensuring that all buildings and facilities are in good condition and functioning efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance needs Coordinate and manage all maintenance work, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner Manage maintenance staff and contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard Oversee the procurement of maintenance equipment and supplies Monitor the performance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping and security, and take action to address any issues Ensure that all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and related expenses Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field Proven experience working as a Maintenance Officer or similar role in a real estate construction company Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
