Job Description

The role involves leading the development and implementation of product strategies to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company standards, and providing technical expertise in Facets-Technical to enhance product functionality. Utilize ANSI SQL for efficient data management and MS SQL Server for database optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product integration, conduct testing and validation for quality assurance, and analyze feedback and market trends for product improvements. Develop comprehensive documentation, train and mentor junior team members, ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, and monitor product performance to address issues promptly. Contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality products that positively impact society. Qualifications include strong experience in Facets-Technical, proficiency in ANSI SQL and MS SQL Server, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail with a focus on quality, ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, adaptability to changing project requirements, proactive approach to issue identification, commitment to continuous learning and professional development, mentoring skills, and dedication to company success and societal impact.
