Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facets-Technical ANSI SQL and MS SQL Server. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during day shifts with no travel required. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of product strategies to meet business objectives. Oversee the technical aspects of product development ensuring alignment with company standards. Provide technical expertise in Facets-Technical to enhance product functionality. Utilize ANSI SQL to manage and manipulate data efficiently. Employ MS SQL Server for database management and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product integration. Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure quality. Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform product improvements. Develop comprehensive documentation for product processes and updates. Train and mentor junior team members on technical skills and best practices. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor product performance and address any issues promptly. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality products that positively impact society. Qualifications Must have strong experience in Facets-Technical. Must be proficient in ANSI SQL for data management. Must have expertise in MS SQL Server for database optimization. Nice to have experience in the Payer domain. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. Must be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Must be adaptable to changing project requirements. Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Must be dedicated to contributing to the companys success and societal impact. Certifications Required Certified Facets Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
