• Optimize campaigns daily to reduce

  on headlines, creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Analyze data and provide

  weekly performance reports

  using Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
• Coordinate with the creative team to

  brief and test visuals

• Monitor campaign issues (e.g., high CPL, disapproved ads, pixel errors) and resolve them fast.
• Set up and check

  Pixel, UTM tracking, and basic Google Tag Manager

  if needed.
• Suggest improvements to

  landing pages and funnels

  based on ad performance insights.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with

  Facebook Lead Ads

  and

  Google Ads

  (Search & Display).
• Comfortable running campaigns

  from scratch

  — not just optimizing what others build.
• Understand CPL, CTR, ROAS, cost per result, and can explain how to improve them.
• Good English copywriting for ad headlines, primary text, and CTAs.
• Strong skills in

  Google Sheets

  (pivot tables, data tracking, formulas).
• Familiar with tools like

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, Pixel Helper, GTM

• Able to work independently and respond quickly to performance issues.
• Experience running ads for

  real estate, insurance, or high-ticket services
