We’re looking for a results-driven paid ads specialist who is confident in setting up, managing, and optimizing Facebook Lead Ads and Google Search campaigns . Your job is simple but strategic: bring in quality leads at the lowest possible cost while working closely with our team on creatives, copy, and funnel improvement. Salary: SGD $500-600/month [yearly performance appraisal capped at 6-8% increment] Location: Remote Work Hours: 9AM–6PM SGT (Singapore Time) Monday - Saturday Company: Jome Journey Pte Ltd (Singapore) Key Responsibilities: Plan, set up, and manage Facebook (Meta) Lead Ads and Google Search/Display Ads . Optimize campaigns daily to reduce CPL and improve conversion quality . Run A/B tests on headlines, creatives, audiences, and placements. Analyze data and provide weekly performance reports using Google Sheets or Looker Studio. Coordinate with the creative team to brief and test visuals that convert. Monitor campaign issues (e.g., high CPL, disapproved ads, pixel errors) and resolve them fast. Set up and check Pixel, UTM tracking, and basic Google Tag Manager if needed. Suggest improvements to landing pages and funnels based on ad performance insights. ✅ Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook Lead Ads and Google Ads (Search & Display). Comfortable running campaigns from scratch — not just optimizing what others build. Understand CPL, CTR, ROAS, cost per result, and can explain how to improve them. Good English copywriting for ad headlines, primary text, and CTAs. Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, data tracking, formulas). Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads dashboard, Pixel Helper, GTM . Able to work independently and respond quickly to performance issues. Experience running ads for real estate, insurance, or high-ticket services . Familiar with lead funnels and lead generations
