Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facebook Ads Expert located in Pune. As a Facebook Ads Expert, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns to achieve clients' marketing goals. Your day-to-day tasks will include researching target audiences, developing ad copy and visuals, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI. Collaboration with the design and content teams to create effective ad creatives will be a key part of your role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience required
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and familiarity with other social media advertising platforms
• Strong skills in ad copywriting, creative development, and audience targeting
• Experience in campaign optimization, performance analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising role is a plus
