Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Facebook Ads Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce brands. Experience working with a digital marketing agency and managing international clients or projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Run effective lead generation and e-commerce ad campaigns across multiple industries.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and ad testing strategies (A/B testing).
• Optimize campaigns to reduce CPL, increase ROAS, and drive consistent conversions.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads management.
• Proven experience running lead gen and e-commerce campaigns.
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency is a must.
• Prior experience handling international clients or global projects.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Candidates from Delhi or willing to relocate for a full-time office role are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
