Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Facade Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade design and engineering, with excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multi-professional design teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative facade solutions from concept to implementation.
Lead technical and design input on projects, ensuring high-quality results.
Conduct finite element analysis using software such as Stand7 or similar tools.
Supervise testing of facade systems and ensure quality control.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver successful projects.
Review technical submissions for compliance with design intent.

Job Requirements

A degree in relevant Engineering or Architectural Studies is required, along with professional qualification (chartered) and aspirations for registration.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry experience conducting facade structural engineering calculations.
Experience in supervising the testing of facade systems and conducting onsite diagnostics.
Knowledge of BIM standards and QA processes.
Familiarity with software such as Dynamo, Rhino Inside, Grasshopper, Unity, and point cloud technology & plugins.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
