implementation, maintaining standards aligned with ISO 19650, and ensuring smooth delivery of BIM processes for major transportation and infrastructure projects In addition to your technical leadership, you will support the development and mentoring of team members, contribute to innovation in digital delivery, and promote integration across regional BIM operations, Job Location Bangalore, India Key Responsibilities Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery on complex infrastructure projects (civils, structures, landscapes, utilities and architecture) Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across India and Middle East to ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Arup protocols Ensure alignment with ISO 19650 and other international standards, Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), ensuring project teams adhere to defined standards, workflows and CDE protocols Integrate BIM workflows with project schedules and deliverables And Supervise BIM project teams (BIM Modellers & BIM Coordinators) Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and performance development processes Balance workloads and assign responsibilities within the BIM team within Support project initiation including planning, resourcing and scheduling, Address performance issues constructively and maintain a positive team environment Perform clash detection, resolve issues, and facilitate interdisciplinary coordination and design reviews using BIM tools, Manage and operate the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring document control and structured workflow Is this role right for you We Are Looking For People Who Bachelors or Masters degree in civil engineering, Architecture or related field with 13+ yearsrelevant experience (preferably within complex infrastructure projects) with at least 5 years in a BIM management role with Demonstrated expertise in BIM implementation for large infrastructure projects, Strong understanding of civil infrastructure typologies (e-g, tunnels, bridges, highways), Hands-on experience with infrastructure design software, including Autodesk (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and/or Bentley Suite Hands-on experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and clash detection tools, At least basic understanding of ProjectWise workflows With Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and digital delivery best practices, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams Experience with tools like OpenRoads, OpenRail, OpenBridge, Solibri, Revizto, InfraWorks, Familiarity with visual programming tools (e-g, Dynamo) and basic programming (Python or C#) are desirable What We Offer At Arup, we care about each members success, so we can grow
