Job Description

Role & responsibilities Visiting customer factory / site to assure quality product Periodic visits and audits of projects responsible to monitor the progress and ensure right level of quality Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, understanding their needs to improve service support. Develop good relationship with the fabricator partners and support them with training & developing their skills and quality of execution. Help them upgrade to Premium partners. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred or, a related field. For experienced candidates, Diploma in Engineering qualification will also be considered. 4+ years experience in Faade and Fenestration. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain customer relationships. Good knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings, MS Office and AutoCAD is a must
