Facade Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review façade shop drawings (curtain walls, glazing, cladding, doors & windows, etc.)
• Coordinate with Senior Engineer, project managers, architects, and structural consultants to resolve design issues
• Lead a small team of junior engineers/drafters when required
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, accuracy, and quality standards
• Manage drawing revisions, RFIs, and technical documentation efficiently
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of drawings
• Contribute to design optimization and fabrication feasibility reviews

Eligibility

• Diploma/Degree in

  Civil, Architecture, or Structural Engineering

• Minimum

  4+ years of experience

  in façade detailing with proven

  AutoCAD expertise

• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Sound knowledge of various façade systems (unitized, stick, ACP cladding, glazing, etc.)
• Experience in handling international façade detailing projects
• Familiarity with BIM tools (Revit) & Inventor will be an added advantage
