Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Equity Fundraising strategies and execution. Proven expertise in the Stake Sale process with practical implementation experience. In-depth knowledge of IPO processes, including regulatory requirements, documentation, planning, and execution. Solid understanding of Stock Exchanges (BSE, NSE, NYSE, NASDAQ) and their operational frameworks. Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as SEBI and SEC, and their compliance requirements. Lead and coordinate all phases of the IPO process, from pre-planning to post-IPO transition. Prepare and review IPO documentation (e.g., S-1 filings, prospectuses, investor materials). Collaborate with internal teams (CFO, legal, investor relations, etc.) and external partners (banks, auditors, legal firms). Manage due diligence processes, data room setup, and information flow. Assist in valuation analysis, roadshow planning, and investor presentation development. Support transition to public company reporting standards (SOX, quarterly filings, internal controls). Monitor market trends and advise leadership on optimal IPO timing and structure.
About the RoleWe are building a 5-star luxury hotel in the lush hills of Madikeri, and we're looking for a creative, technically sound Structural Engineer who also understands vertical gardening, green walls, and irrigation systems. This is not your average structural role—this position combines engineering expertise with a deep appreciation for landscape architecture, sustainability, and biophilic design. You’ll lead the design and execution of a 20-meter-tall vertical garden wall, ensuring it is structurally sound, plant-ready, and sustainable in long-term use. From steel framework and wind load analysis to soil retention systems and drip irrigation—you’ll bring this living wall to life. Key Responsibilities: Design and detail structural systems to support large-scale vertical gardens and green façades (up to 20m high). Ensure load-bearing capacity, wind resistance, soil retention, and plant support systems meet structural standards and long-term durability. Integrate irrigation and drainage systems into the structure—ensure efficient water flow, nutrient delivery, and runoff management. Collaborate with architects, landscape designers, horticulturists, and MEP consultants for end-to-end coordination. Prepare detailed structural drawings, BOQs, and specifications for tender and execution. Oversee site-level implementation of framework erection, waterproofing, and planting preparation. Evaluate sustainable materials and recommend structural systems suited for living wall applications. Monitor structure post-installation for performance, stability, and irrigation efficiency. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 5–10 years’ experience in structural design and execution of landscape-related works Experience with green wall systems, vertical gardens, or landscape structures (preferred) Working knowledge of irrigation systems (drip, hydroponic, gravity-fed) and their integration into hard structures Proficiency in software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, and MS Excel Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including architects, irrigation consultants, and horticulture experts Excellent project management and documentation skills Strong understanding of waterproofing, corrosion protection, and outdoor weather impacts Why Join Us?
