Job Description

Job Title: Fabrication Technician / Sheet Metal Technician

Location: Chakan
Industry: Manufacturing

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fabrication / Fitter or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, etc.) for inspection and verification.
Perform fabrication activities, with a strong focus on sheet metal processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly).
Ensure quality standards are maintained during production and finishing.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project timelines.
Follow all safety and operational guidelines in the workshop.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of drawings and ability to interpret technical specifications.
Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication
Knowledge of welding, cutting, and related fabrication techniques is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
