Fabrication Technician

As part of their team, you will be involved in performing equipment rack fabrication, wiring, and systems installation activities at customer sites and company offices. Key Responsibilities: - Solder and crimp connectors as needed - Construct equipment racks and perform metalwork fabrication when required - Load equipment rack based on layout drawing and wire per system schematic - Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints - Troubleshoot fabrication issues upon client or office requests - Assist with installation tasks such as pulling cable, installing connectors, projector mounting/hanging, and metal fabrication Qualifications Required: - Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues at all levels - Ability to test equipment and perform basic troubleshooting - Independent work capability with a focus on meeting deadlines - Basic computer knowledge - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written - Customer service orientation with good client communication skills Additional Details: AVI-SPL values diversity and provides a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.
