Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in fabrication or related fields is a plus. - Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. - Technical Skills: Basic understanding of hand tools, measuring instruments, and willingness to learn machinery operation. - Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. - Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
