We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our growing fabrication team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring efficient production, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of fabrication workers.
• Interpret and execute fabrication drawings and designs.
• Plan and schedule production activities.
• Ensure the safe and efficient use of fabrication equipment and tools.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Monitor and control production costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Ensure timely completion of fabrication projects.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including welding, cutting, bending, and assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
