Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the fabrication shop, ensuring timely and accurate production.
Supervise and coordinate shop staff, including fabricators, welders, and fitters.
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide fabrication processes.
Monitor project schedules, workflows, and material usage to meet production deadlines.
Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols.
Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and procurement teams.
Troubleshoot fabrication issues and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain equipment and facility readiness through regular inspection and maintenance coordination.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulation
