Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Fabrication Manager
to oversee and manage the fabrication unit for sports-related structures and installations.
The role includes supervising fabrication processes, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, and coordinating with project teams to deliver timely results.
The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, leadership ability, and strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and execute fabrication activities. Ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of fabricated products. Manage workforce, allocate resources, and monitor productivity. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams. Maintain records, reports, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering (preferred). Minimum 23 years of experience in fabrication management. Strong knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, and finishing processes. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects. Attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
