Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise fabrication activities to meet project deadlines.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Optimize workflows to improve productivity and minimize delays.
Ensure adherence to fabrication drawings, tolerances, and welding specifications.
Implement quality control measures as per industry and company standards.
Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for defect-free output.
Oversee welding procedures (MIG, TIG, Arc welding, etc.) and ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
Guide welders, fitters, and fabricators to maintain high-quality workmanship.
Ensure proper material selection and adherence to ASME, AWS, or equivalent standards.
Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
Minimize wastage and optimize material utilization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
