Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric Manager, located in Gurugram. The Fabric Manager will oversee the quality control of fabric, manage procurement processes to ensure timely and effective material supply, and lead team operations to achieve production goals. The role also involves collaborating with suppliers, conducting negotiations, and ensuring the use of high-quality textiles for manufacturing. Maintaining efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders will be integral to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Control and ensuring that fabric meets set standards and specifications
• Proficiency in Procurement and Negotiation to manage supplier relations and secure the best quality materials
• Strong Team Management skills to effectively lead and coordinate team members for optimal productivity
• Comprehensive understanding of Textiles, including different types, properties, and applications in apparel manufacturing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Textile Engineering, Apparel Management, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or apparel manufacturing industry is an added advantage
