FAAS Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Provide extensive expertise in accounting and finance operations, focusing on activities such as overseeing cash flow forecasting and managing financial risks related to treasury operations. - Develop and execute cash management operational strategies, implement hedge strategies, and demonstrate proficiency in corporate/bank treasury processes. - Lead engagement planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring deliverables meet specifications and deadlines. - Contribute to relationship management with external and internal clients, propose engagement strategies, and develop tools for project delivery. - Identify improvement opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance client value. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Audit and/or Consulting within the Banking sector, including expertise in the latest IFRS developments. - Bachelor or Master's degree with additional professional education (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA). - Advanced skills in Treasury organizational structure, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, debt management, governance, and regulation. - Proficiency in IFRS for financial instruments, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills in English, knowledge of MS Office, and readiness for occasional travel.
