Process: F&A BAND: A2 (Senior Executive) Location: Bangalore Transport: Cab provided for Pick up and drop (If your address is with the EXL transport grid) Shift: Hybrid (11:30 AM to 08:30 PM/06:00 PM to 03:00 AM) Qualification: Graduate Finance & Accounting Minimum Experience: The agent in the process should have done minimum of 1-4 years experience and should own excellent communications, analytical and decision-making skills. Technical Skills: Data Analysis, Excel Knowledge(basic), Reporting, RCA (on client engagement) Primary Responsibility The QCA is responsible for performing superior data quality reviews on all the client engagements, case study, and willingness to seek understanding on the client business/offerings.
