Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Wonder Worth Solutions, responsible for overseeing coding and clinical documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and manage a team of coders and clinical document specialists to ensure high-quality output and timely project completion.

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Train and mentor new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Job Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the BPO or call center industry.

Strong knowledge of coding principles, clinical documentation, and MRT processes.
