Job Description

As an International Business Development Manager in the Hardware Industry at Otro Design, you will play a crucial role in closing new business from new accounts within your assigned international territory. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients through various channels such as email marketing, social selling, cold calling, and advertising to generate interest in potential clients. Working closely with your team, you will be expected to meet both team and individual revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Your main responsibilities will involve conducting cold calls to international prospects, generating qualified leads, setting up appointments with key decision-makers, and handling international sales by preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals. You will be required to make outbound calls on leads provided by the company, reach out to new customers, analyze their requirements, and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering complete client information, scheduling activities, making data presentations, and explaining the company's processes to prospective leads. To excel in this role, you should possess good convincing, communication, and negotiation skills. Being goal-oriented, outgoing, energetic, and friendly is essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must have a solid understanding of the sales process from initiation to close, be able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage your time efficiently. Demonstrating excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of company services will be key to your success. The ideal candidate should exhibit persistence in client communication to maintain long-term relationships and ensure superior customer service levels across their portfolio.
