Export Sales Executive

As an Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing international sales and export operations. Your role will involve identifying and developing relationships with international clients, conducting market research, handling export documentation and logistics, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery. You will also be required to attend trade shows and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage relationships with international clients and distributors. - Conduct market research to explore new export opportunities. - Handle export documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with overseas clients. - Collaborate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery. - Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. - Prepare monthly and quarterly export sales reports and forecasts. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in export sales. - Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export procedures. - Proven experience in export sales for specific regions. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred. Skills and Attributes: - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. - Willingness to travel internationally as required. This job is full-time and permanent, with benefits including leave encashment. The work schedule is day shift, and proficiency in English is required.
