Job Description

The Export Sales Coordinator for Invert Sugar Syrup will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and sell the company's products in international markets. Your role will involve extensive travel to various countries to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of global markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in export marketing. You will be willing to approach different countries around the globe, including South America (LATAM Countries), European (East & West) Countries, Middle East (GCC) Countries, Southeast Asian (Far East) Countries, SAARC Countries, African (East, West, North & Southern African) Countries, and CIS Countries (Ukraine, Russia & Kazakhstan), as well as China. Experience in a leading FMCG company dealing in Herbal Extract, Health Supplements, and Organic Products is preferred. Your responsibilities will include managing international territories of USA and Europe, overseeing international business development and sales in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Food Industries, and conducting market research to identify potential export markets and consumer preferences. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop effective export strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin, as well as prepare financial reports and forecasts related to export activities. Generating reports and analyzing export performance, sales data, and market feedback will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be required to create MIS and presentations for marketing plans, budgets, and client reports for discussion with management. End-to-end follow-up from RFQ to price negotiation to ensure successful order completion from initial contact to order delivery is essential. Experience with exporting from India and familiarity with India Mart portal is desired. You will be responsible for finalizing terms of engagement with customers and providing commercial offers to meet their requirements. International market research will guide product modifications to align with customer needs.
