Job Description

As an Export Sales Coordinator for Invert Sugar Syrup, your primary responsibility will be developing and executing marketing strategies to promote and sell our company's products in international markets. This role entails frequent travel to various countries to establish and nurture strong relationships with distributors, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of global markets, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in export marketing. You will be tasked with approaching different countries worldwide, including South America (LATAM Countries), European (East & West) Countries, Middle East (GCC) Countries, Southeast Asian (Far East) Countries, SAARC Countries, African (East, West, North & Southern African) Countries, and CIS Countries (Ukraine, Russia & Kazakhstan), with a focus on China. Previous experience in a leading FMCG company dealing with Herbal Extracts, Health Supplements, and Organic Products is preferred, with a specific emphasis on managing sales across all countries. Your responsibilities will include managing international territories in the USA and Europe, overseeing international business development and sales in Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, and Food Industries. You will conduct market research to identify potential export markets and consumer preferences, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop effective export strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of export documentation, such as invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin, as well as conducting international market research to determine the best approach to introduce products into new markets. Financial reporting and forecasting related to export activities, along with generating reports and analyzing export performance, sales data, and market feedback, will also be part of your role. Experience with Exporter India and India mart portal is desired, as you will be finalizing terms of engagement with customers and providing commercial offers. You will also need to provide product modifications to meet customer requirements and ensure successful order completion from the initial RFQ to order delivery.
